Captial Preservation Plus - Available for investors to invest a significant percentage of their assets in select variable accounts, with a 100% guarantee of principal.

Flexibility to select a time horizon between three and ten years.

Guarantees up to 100% of the principal value if held to the end of the maturity period.

Options

Captial Preservation Plus Lifetime Income - Available for anyone (owner must be age 35 or older) to invest a significant percentage of their assets in select variable accounts, with a 100% guarantee of principal.

The rider combines a Prinicpal Protection Benefit over a time horizon of between five and ten years with a Guaranteed Withdrawal option.

The rider guarantees up to 100% of the principal value if held to the end of the maturity period.

Upon reaching maturity of the Principal Protection phase, you have the option of:

1) Making systematic withdrawals of between 4% and 7% of the greater of contract value or guaranteed principal amount, over their lifetime,

2) Entering a new Principal Protection phase,

3) Drop the rider and associated charges, or

4) Annuitze the greater of the contract value or guaranteed principal amount, at current annuitization rates.

Guaranteed Lifetime withdrawal amounts are based on the owner's age when they elect to enter the Lifetime Withdrawal Phase (Age 35-59.5 - 4%; age 59.5 through 66 - 5%; age 67 through 71 - 6%; age 72 and older - 7%.
